Trinity Bridge House – Manchester

Project Details

Trinity Bridge House, on Dearmans Place, is a 211,000 sq ft office block.

It was built in 1997 and is leased to The Department for Communities and Local Government.

DCLG recently consolidated a number of HMRC teams into the Trinity site, bringing staff numbers there to 2,000.

Armex Systems was selected as one of the team to assist a Government department in delivering an 11,000 sq ft call centre at its Manchester Headquarters.

The showcase project intended to update and refresh the department’s current workspaces as well as encourage new ways of working.

The 7th floor was transformed from a monolithic generic style office space to a vibrant colourful workspace with contemporary and quirky design features.
